Hi guys, BloodShark here. I joined TSS a few days ago and have fought along side many of you in game since then. I’m the guy in the reaver who’s usually crashing into trees or bitching about AA. In my non-game time I’m a freelance web developer and about a year or so ago I was leading a Tribes 2 tribe and working on our website when it occurred to me that it would be cool if there was a website building system that let you easily and dynamically add news, pictures, articles, etc while letting you use whatever design you liked (no cookie cutters) and had features that specifically targeted gamers. Over the past year in my spare time I’ve put together this system that I hope to launch commercially at some point, and am now nearing the beta testing period. My offer to Anabus, and to all of you is that I will pay for everything (it will be completely free for you), as well as maintain the website, if you guys help me beta test the system. What does this involve on your end? Not much really, just use it and tell me what you think, what doesn’t work, and what you think would be cool. A brief list of the features that are in or will be in shortly: News And a bunch of other game specific stuff that I’m also working on, like a battle planning utility. Why is this useful? Dynamic content and security means that much of the work for maintaining the website or managing the outfit is made far easier, and more fun. Plus it’s a great help for organizing a group as large as TSS is now (100+). I should have the website ready for you to move into by the end of next week, with any luck as early as Wednesday.
